Mousley House Farm is set down a leafy country lane five miles north of Warwick Town off the A4771. We have 4 residential barn conversions to let on long term contracts. Well behaved pets are welcomed by separate agreement and there is the possibility of onsite livery, availability permitting. We are well placed for nation-wide access via road and rail with motorway links only 10 minutes away and rail links from Warwick Parkway and Birmingham International, as well as several other nearer local stations just 10 and 15 minutes away respectively, giving easy access to London, Birmingham, Manchester, Worcester, Bath and Bristol. RENTAL TERMS
Properties are let on Assured Shorthand Tenancy Agreements for a minimum term of 6 months with rent paid monthly in advance by Standing Order. The deposit required is equivalent to one month rent and payable with the first months rent on signing the contract. The deposit is held in a Government approved Scheme.

Stable Barn is a wonderfully quaint and bijou barn conversion. It was converted some years ago from a Victorian block of Shire Horse Stabling and the mangers have been retained, as seen in the photos. The barn is approached through the courtyard from the parking area to the front of the barns. Each room is filled with original beams and features. There is a stable door into the open plan kitchen, which is fully fitted with cream Shaker Kitchen with a ceramic hob and oven under, white extractor chimney and a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer are supplied, but to be maintained by the tenant.
